Ordered a pair of converse chucks and they arrived in a great condition, no defects. Package came in a sturdy box so there was not a single dent on it. Just want to mention that the estimated delivery date given to me was not accurate even with express shipping. Package arrived a few days after but I was fine with it since i was not in a rush. Maybe a change in the '2-4 days' to a more accurate date would be better in being transparent with the customer.

Really disappointed with a pair of P448s that I spent a lot of money on. Clearly faulty and Shopbop won't do a thing! Won't be purchasing from them ever again!

0 stars if I could… inaccurate size charts! charged me for returns!
So I bought 2 pairs of KEDS using their size guide but turns out it’s completely off. What’s worse is I have to pay the return shipping fee of USD30 for returning a pair of USD69 shows so I lose almost half of it because of their use of generic size chart that’s not accurate for all brands.

For such a reputable online company, you’d think returns would be free if it was their error or if you’re going to charge return then at least use the money to provide more accurate size charts for each brand.

My friends used to shop with shopbop a lot but unfortunately this incident has made us look elsewhere.

I’d recommend people to think twice before purchasing garments from them or else be prepared to lose USD30 for nothing.

I purchase an item and paid for the customs at checkout, arrived in the UK and UPS are asking me to pay for customs again, I took this up with SHOPBOP and have had emails from 10 different people in customer service stating we will look into it and we have contacted UPS to sort this matter out, spoke to UPS and they have not had any correspondence with this company and are now sending my item back if I do not pay the customs again. Terrible customer service by this company, seems to be run by robots. I refuse to pay customs twice.

so i purchased clothes on Shopbop with prepaid tax and send it to Turkey, But turkey had a new policy for orders over 150euro, i need to hire a tax clearance company for at least 7000tl around 380euro, that is insane. so i have to return the package. and they charge me up to $70 for international shipping.

I purchased a shoe for my daughter Converse Run Star Hike women size 10 through mobile app. It is not mentioned in that the sizing was UNISEX , so I ended up ordered a bigger size.
If the information in mobile app was same if viewed by desktop, I definitely ordered a correct size. But information in mobile app is not complete. This purchase was not my first time but this time is very disappointing.

I wanted to return as it will be too big for my daughter and very insane cost of $65 cost. equivalent to 1 shoe.

Better not to purchase to this site.

Was concerned about legitimacy of the site but the came through and I got new balance shoes on 50% discount and was shipped pretty fast. The tracking was accurate. The shoes are genuine and brand new without any defect. I did go back to the site for good deals but there are lot of premium brands options but not many New balance, Vans, Nike collection so you will have to keep monitoring for your brand item frequently

Refunds do not include custom/duties fees that are collected in advance. There is no communication or warning online that this is the case and any complaint is just responded to with a templated answer. shopbop also charge $40 for international returns. This is not the industry standard. Revolve has much more transparent pricing and offers full refund with free returns.

how is it this site has been entirely banned from the Natwest entirely? all my family use the Natwest and none of us can purchase anything on this site as been banned by the bank.....the biggest bank in the UK ?

This was my first time ordering with Shopbop. I ordered a pair of Aquazzura Crystal Twist Sandals in a size 37.5. I haven't been able to find this size in months and they were £200 cheaper than anywhere else! I was a little worried after reading the negative reviews. So I feel that I have to speak out for Shopbop. I was really impressed with how quick the delivery was, 6 days from ordering. I received very clear updates on when to expect delivery and also how to track your delivery. I actually received my order quicker from US then many of my UK orders!! Packaged arrived safely and in perfect condition. I am absolutely happy with my shoes! I cannot recommend them enough, best prices and very fast delivery. It is a pleasure doing business with them. I will definitely shop here again. Thank you Shopbop
